This is the first and most important step in navigating through your grief. ​

Grief is the natural response to loss but sometimes you wonder if you will ever get on of top of your grief.  You might even question what your life will look like going forward.  Your life will never be the same again, but it can be meaningful.  This Grief to Gratitude program guides you through a 6-step process to help you navigate the wilderness of grief and begin thriving in your own personal sense of new normalcy.

During this 8-week coaching program, you will...

  • Understand the grief process and be able to acknowledge the normal and natural responses to loss

  • Honor the life and continue the legacy of your loved one

  • Blending old routines, habits, and traditions with newer ones

  • Embrace meaning and purpose going forward

  • Create your Personal Power Plan

  • Personalized weekly plan, sent to you by email within 24 hours of our session

  • Ongoing access to Karie via text or email in-between weekly sessions so you don’t have to wait with emotions or challenges that come up

Celebrate Life

Now that you are managing your grief and beginning to accept the loss, you can start integrating it into your life. 


This program targets your physical and mental health through exercise and nutrition with a focus on the gut-brain axis and strengthening your immune system.  Our body's response to grief can take on many forms and when you are grieving the effort to prepare healthy meals or exercise can feel overwhelming.  With inner strength, self-motivation, guidance, and accountability we can shift habits and create daily routines so you can have the healthy, happy body you deserve.


During this 8-week coaching program, you will…

  • Gain new perspectives on nutrition, fitness and holistic wellness

  • Understand the gut-brain connection

  • Strengthen your immunity naturally

  • Set goals and work towards sustainable positive changes

  • Develop a custom fitness program that will change your body, increase energy and help you sleep at night

  • 8 weekly 1-hour Personal Fitness & Nutrition one-on-one coaching sessions

  • 2 Grief Yoga classes

  • 1 Walk and Talk Session

  • Personalized weekly plan, sent to you by email within 24 hours of our session

  • Karie as your accountability partner and mentor who will help keep you on track to reach your goals


Celebrate You

The third phase of your transformation.  It is time to reveal the treasure of grief – your choice to live your life differently.


Through mindfulness practice we learn to be present in the moment and appreciate how precious and precarious life is for all of us.


Often in grief, your social role changes too which can affect your sense of meaning and sense of self.  Reshaping your mindset, self-exploration and stress management will help you discover your confidence and find direction. This program focuses on 5 pillars of holistic wellness – Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual and Environmental. We will dive deeper into discovering new interests, reconnecting with your past activities and exploring new ways to enrich your life with a focus on how to leave your own legacy.


During this 8-week coaching program, you will…

  • Feel empowered and confident to take control of your new life

  • Establish mindful practices

  • Create a vision board

  • If you've lost someone, recognize that your loved one would want you to be happy and move forward to revitalize your life

  • Grieve with more love than pain

  • 2 Private 30-minute Zoom video conference coaching sessions

  • 2 Guided Meditations

Walk and Talk Coaching

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” —Confucius

This is my favorite type of session…taking literal steps towards your new life.  Moving your body can open your mind and there is something empowering about the physical aspect of moving forward.  This session is especially invaluable for clients who are uncomfortable talking about their emotions.  The ability to look straight ahead, not feeling looked at, combined with the beautiful weather we are blessed with in Arizona can create life-changing conversation.       

  • Communicate openly and freely

  • Be heard without judgment

  • Walk at your pace

  • Time just for you

Sessions may end sitting on a park bench or going for a smoothie to sit recap and plan action steps to move forward.
